RECORD YEAR FOR STONELEIGH PARK LODGE IN WARWICKSHIRE
An increase in high profile events has led to Stoneleigh Park Lodge in Warwickshire experiencing a record year for visitors - with 2011 seeing an 18 per cent increase in bookings.
Welcoming guests from around the world, the 58 bedroom four star AA guest house is nestled in the grounds of major events and conferencing venue, Stoneleigh Park.
The park spans 800 acres of picturesque Warwickshire countryside and caters for up to 40,000 visitors per day, staging flagship events such as Your Horse Live, the National Dressage Championships and the annual Festival
of Motoring.
Ian Pegler, chief executive for Stoneleigh Park, said: “It’s been a record year for visitors to Stoneleigh Park Lodge, illustrating the diversity and calibre of events we’re able to stage and the increase in visitors wanting quality accommodation in the heart of this stunning location.”
In addition to offering accommodation, Stoneleigh Park also boasts two 4 x 4 tracks, two purpose built equine arenas and several exhibition halls. The venue also has a strong royal heritage, having hosted The Royal Show for many years whilst its Royal Pavilion provides a stunning backdrop for wedding celebrations.
