How do I determine the right space for my event?

Our team will work with you to determine the most appropriate location to ensure your event, function, conference or meeting runs as smoothly as possible.

If your number of delegate exceeds our largest purpose built venue, we can look at utilising our flexible outdoor space for your event. By taking an event into a blank space, it offers you endless possibilities to create your perfect event. One of our event managers will discuss your needs and a detailed proposal will be sent to you. Who will look after my event?

An event manager is be assigned to you and will work with you to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible. This includes everything from layouts, dressing, timings, furniture, IT and catering requirements. Your dedicated event manager will be on call to support you throughout your time here at Stoneleigh Park.

Is there car parking on site?

Yes, free car parking is available to all contractors, staff and visitors. There are over 30,000 free parking spaces and you will be allocated the most convenient car parking location, dependent on where your event is located and what other events are taking place at the time.

Is WiFi available at Stoneleigh Park?

WiFi access is available in most of our halls, conference and meeting rooms and is available free of charge to all customers.

Do you have a list of hotels nearby?

Otherwise, the towns of Leamington Spa, Warwick and Coventry are within a 10 mile drive – all offering a selection of accommodation.

What is the nearest train station?

How close are you to the airport?

Birmingham International Airport is approximately a 15 mile drive from Stoneleigh Park, or one stop away from Coventry on the main Birmingham line.
